CASE STUDY

Forum

Forum is a private members' club connecting talent with investors and supporters. Adapting to a changing world, they embraced remote conversations to strengthen connections and advance their members' missions.

About the Project

Through a carefully planned series of conversations, I managed every aspect of Forum’s weekly Zoom events, ensuring a seamless experience for both guests and audiences. From booking high-profile speakers to scheduling sessions that aligned with current news and industry trends, I worked to maintain an engaging and relevant dialogue for members, keeping discussions both insightful and timely.

To guarantee the best possible experience, I took charge of all technical aspects—coordinating calls, preparing guests, and optimising sound and video quality. My role was to ensure that every session ran smoothly, allowing speakers to focus on delivering valuable insights while creating a polished and professional experience for attendees.

Beyond the live conversations, I handled post-production, enhancing recordings to meet high professional standards before distributing them across Forum’s network. This meticulous approach ensured each session delivered maximum value, fostering meaningful connections and insightful discussions that strengthened Forum’s community and impact.
