About the Project
When I first met Greg, he was hesitant about creating social media content. It was understandable—his reputation had been carefully built over years of happy clients, and venturing into a new way of communication raised a lot of questions. Together, we explored his story, the procedures he specialises in, and what makes his patients feel safe in the hands of a surgeon delivering life-changing results.
We devised a simple and authentic strategy, combining short-form Q&A-style content to address questions most surgeons avoid, with long-form vlogs documenting patient journeys through surgical procedures. We also built his website and launched targeted Instagram ads to invite more people into his world.
Then, an opportunity arose. We met a patient from Poland who had been left with permanent scars after a poorly executed Hairline Lowering Surgery (HLS). Greg immediately saw the chance to not only restore her hairline for free but also show the importance of compassion in his work. He flew her to his clinic and transformed her experience. She graciously allowed us to document her journey, resulting in a powerful video that told her story.
We combined this storytelling with a targeted press campaign, landing a full-page feature in the Daily Mail and an opportunity to appear on This Morning, one of the UK’s most-watched breakfast shows.
In just one year, we built Greg’s digital presence, doubled his income, and helped him embrace social media with confidence. Today, not only is Greg media-savvy, but his growing reputation is bringing him closer to being recognised as one of the best cosmetic surgeons in the world.
