CASE STUDY
St Anne's School
On a small island, students benefit from a unique education with small class sizes, a safe environment, and a deep connection to nature. Through the pupils' eyes, we highlighted to new families and teachers why Alderney is an ideal place to live.
About the Project
We collaborated with the headteacher to define the goals of this student-led video, with pupils guiding viewers on a tour of St Anne’s School. Over six weeks, we filmed activities, captured classroom moments, and interviewed students and teachers to craft an authentic narrative.
After testing the video during a parent evening, we launched it alongside the school’s new Facebook page, achieving 36,562 views, 1,290 likes, and 144 shares in just one week. A £6,000 fundraising event funded targeted Meta Ads, reaching parents in the UK, Guernsey, and Jersey. With a spend of just £771.55, the campaign generated over 15,818 clicks to the school’s website, helping more than 300,000 people discover Alderney’s safe and welcoming community.
This video has since exceeded 300,000 views, proving to be more than a promotional tool—it’s an economic enabler, attracting new families and teachers to Alderney while securing the island’s future.
